for courier companies with several employees : As an administrator, you get an overview and full control of all couriers with live locations on a virtual map, plus many management tools. You also see all open and currently executed courier jobs.
Your customers can enter courier orders on the website, pay and the system courier software will import this order into the system. You can assign the courier order manually or automatically to one of your couriers who can execute the order with the app. Both you, your customer will receive full delivery documentation.

Yes, signatures can be captured on the courier’s cell phone during both pickup and delivery and immediately transferred to the proof of delivery, which is then emailed to the customer who placed the courier order and stored in the system for future reference. In addition, couriers can also take photos as proof of pickup or delivery.
Yes, we provide functionality to print shipping labels (can be printed by customers or couriers as well) and couriers can scan barcodes to search jobs in the system using our mobile APPs.
Yes, we are integrated with Stripe, so we support online payments in countries where Stripe operates – see HERE for availability information.
We provide logic to calculate wages for couriers based on a configurable commission. At the end of each pay period you can generate wages, your couriers will receive a PDF report by email and you can pay them offline.
Yes, we have auto dispatch logic integrated into the system based on predefined routes / catchment areas. This allows orders to be automatically assigned to available drivers in that area.
Yes, we support trips with multiple stages. You can predefine a route through your depots for each specific destination area and all operations in that area will be routed through the predefined sequence of depots.
